Tagline: Karma Coop is participating in DoorsOpen Toronto 2022
As part of the month-long celebration leading up to Karma Coop’s 50th anniversary, Karma will be participating in the DoorsOpen Toronto program on May 28th and May 29th.
On these two days we will be welcoming members of the public from 10am-5pm and hosting mini-tours. The focus of our mini-tours will highlight our historic Karma building and how we have been functioning as a democratic non-profit cooperative model at the forefront of food activism for 50 years! We are looking for volunteers to help host the public during the DoorsOpen program. Don’t worry if you are not up to date on the history of Karma Coop; we will hold a training session for all volunteers, so by the end of the training, you’ll be an expert!
