Karma has instituted the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our community:

Store Hours

• Shopping hours: 9-8 pm, Tuesday to Friday and 10-6 pm Saturday & Sunday.

Visiting the Store

• Karma’s Board of Directors strongly recommends everyone visiting the store to continue wearing a suitable mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times. The Board will continue to monitor and utilise public health and Ontario Ministry of Health recommendations in this evolving situation, particularly given the recent recommendations from Ontario’s chief medical officer of health.
• Please continue to be vigilant, and maintain physical distance while in the store as much as possible. Collective and caring action is needed to protect everyone, including the most vulnerable members of our communities.
• Karma continues to operate a Bring Your Own Container program as part of its efforts to lower waste. All containers for food must be clean and dry.

Options for Members unable or unwilling to follow precautions

• Members isolating at home or unable to come into the store may send a designated shopper on their behalf. Current masking recommendations apply to those designated shoppers.
• Members may also email orders to orders@karmacoop.org and staff will pack your order for pick up or delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If you are able to safely shop in the store, please do so.
