Fellow members, on Tuesday, May 31, please join members of Karma’s Board of Directors for a conversation about Karma’s current finances, plans underway to address low sales and low member recruitment/retention, and to improve the effectiveness of store operations. A presentation will include our current financial situation, our 90-day and 12-month plans to improve our business performance, and outreach and recruitment efforts currently underway. The last part of the session will invite Karma members and stakeholders to build a vision for Karma that is relevant to our current stakeholders and neighbours, and will be sustainable in the ever-increasingly competitive grocery sector. More conversations and member-engaging vision sessions will take place in June and throughout the summer, helping us identify possible changes for consideration at our October 2022 Annual General Meeting.
