50th Anniversary Party! We are two days away

Drop by to celebrate 50 years of co-operative community and sustainable food. Enjoy some live music, food, drinks, and family-friendly games, as we share our favourite memories, and create new ones. We have a packed afternoon, they’ll be chalk, bubbles, hula hoops and more! In addition, we’ll be holding a raffle, and a 50/50 draw to raise funds for new signage for the store and the chance to win prizes from local businesses!

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

2 to 4 pm Play, mingle and catch up with friends

4 pm Welcome and speeches from Talia MacGuire, Store Manager, followed by Andrea Dawber, current President, Councillor Mike Layton and Richard Haney, Karma co-op’s first president.

4:30 pm Cake cutting

5:15 Performance by Back and Forth: the Musical
